More than a place to sleep
A retreat for people who want views that take your breath away, food that makes you linger, and mornings you never want to end.
Heated, open,
all year round
The pool sits on the ridge — swim while the Black Sea glimmers below and the Caucasus rises behind you. Open morning to night. Heated even in winter.
Morning swims in mountain air. Afternoon lounging under the sun. Evening sessions with string lights and a wine glass balanced on the pool's edge. The pool at Kvirike Hills is the heartbeat of the property.
A ring of hanging egg chairs and sun loungers surrounds it. Towels are provided. The water is always warm enough to stay in long past when you planned to.

Golden hour in the hills

Where the air feels softer
Sea on one side,
mountains on the other
Kvirike sits on a ridge high enough to catch both the Black Sea on the horizon and the Caucasus foothills rising behind. The view is real, every morning.
From the terrace of the two-bedroom cottage, you can see the sea glittering silver in the morning light and turning orange at sunset. The mountains catch the cloud and hold it — some mornings the whole valley is covered in mist below you.
The triangular windows in the A-frame bedrooms are designed to frame exactly this view. Wake up to mountains. Fall asleep to stars.
A Georgian table,
cooked with care
The on-site restaurant and mangal are where evenings at Kvirike Hills really come alive — grilled meats, Georgian wine, and a table you won't want to leave.
The family has been welcoming guests with wine, coffee, and tangerines since the very beginning. The kitchen produces proper Georgian food — khachapuri baked fresh, mtsvadi charred over the mangal, churchkhela for dessert.
The restaurant opens for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The bar stays open late. Room service is a knock away.

Warmth after
the cool air
An on-site sauna for guests. Especially good in the cooler months — when the mountains are shrouded and the air has that particular crispness.
Step from the sauna to the pool. Or from the pool to a glass of Georgian wine by the fire pit. The sauna is shared between guests and bookable in advance. Just ask the front desk.

Adjara is
all around you
The village of Kvirike is quiet. But Kobuleti beach, Petra Fortress, and Batumi are all within an easy drive — the best of Adjara at your door.
Kobuleti's long Black Sea beach is 9 km away. The medieval fortress at Petra is a 13 km drive. Batumi — with its botanical garden, Old Town, and restaurants — is 40 km south.
Or stay at the property. Most guests find they never want to leave.
